UMaine Extension and the Maine Board of Pesticides Control are pleased to offer a free vegetation management (Categories 6A & 6B) webinar Wednesday, October 21st and Thursday, October 22nd.

Unmanaged vegetation can create a variety of safety hazards, interfere with human activities, and even threaten natural resources. This webinar will cover management strategies for right-of-ways, invasive plant identification, and invasive plant management.

This webinar is intended for commercial pesticide applicators certified in Categories 6A: Right-of-way Vegetation Management and 6B: General Vegetation Management. However, all applicators in need of credits are encouraged to attend and registration is open to everyone.

Attending this webinar earns two recertification credits.
