Ever wonder how to preserve all those great garden vegetables?  This hands-on workshop will cover the basic steps to success for food preservation using the latest USDA recommendations.  Workshop participants will:

  • Understand the proper techniques used to preserve tomatoes safely.
  • Participate in preserving Salsa and Stewed Tomatoes using a boiling water bath.
  • Participate in freezing tomatoes.

Program Description
