Program Description

At Blueberry Cove it is our goal to offer youth outdoor experiences that lead to a lifelong love of the outdoors. We believe all children should experience the joys and wonder of nature.

Our after school program will help develop a connection to the outdoors, create new friendships and build new skills that last a lifetime! Each day there will be plenty of time to simply play, explore and discover the wonders of nature!

Activities will be different each week and may include playing large inclusive group games, building shelters, creative arts, STEM lessons, making ice cream and building fairy houses. We may also go on field trips to visit Blueberry Cove Camp to see the animals and harvest fruits and vegetables from the garden or spend the afternoon at the beach searching for treasures, crabbing, and lots more!

Financial Assistance

We understand that the cost of quality programming can be a financial burden and want our programs to be accessible to all families.

We have two ways to help lessen the financial burden:

  1. Flexible payment plans. Automatic payments can be set up in the registration system or you can manually make or send payments on a schedule that fits your budget.
  2. Apply for financial assistance during the registration process. We will help as many participants as we can on a first come, first serve basis taking into consideration family need and available funds. Priority will be given to families with Adjusted Gross Income less than $40,000 but all applications and circumstances will be considered.
