Military On-Site Program Packing List – Coastal STEM Challenge, Air Force STEM Program

Our staff will meet your camper at the airport and have arranged for bus transportation to our camps.  We will also return your camper to the airport on the last day of camp in time for their scheduled flight.

After each MAC program is complete we will send parents a form to request reimbursement up to $250 toward travel costs. If you drive to camp we can pay $.44 per mile up to $250 for each participant for each program. For other means of travel (bus, plane, etc) we will need a copy of your confirmation indicating the cost of your travel.

Participants may want to bring some money for snacks or meals while traveling and can bring electronic devices to relieve boredom and keep in touch with you along the way. These items will be collected from participants when they arrive at camp and locked away for safekeeping during the program. We will return these items to the participants for their trip home.
