Packing List – Blueberry Cove Day Camp

For all Blueberry Cove Day Campers:

Please remember to label all clothing and belongings!

If there are any special trips or activities planned during the week, a letter will be sent home with your camper or handed out at checkout with additional details.

  • Nutritious lunch & snack (sandwiches, salads, fruits, juices, milk, etc.) — we do have a refrigerator ~Please avoid bringing nuts or nut products to camp~
  • Extra clothing! (There are spaces for campers to store a few items if you don’t want to bring them back and forth each day.)
  • Plastic bag for wet or muddy clothing
  • Rain gear (We still explore on rainy days!)
  • Swimsuit & towel
  • Hat with visor
  • Comfortable footgear for hiking
  • Sweater or light jacket
  • Rubber boots or old sneakers for wetland & muddy wandering
  • Daypack
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Sunscreen

For Dutch Soccer participants:

  • Cleats (already broken in, do not purchase new for this program!)
  • Soccer ball if you have one
  • Warm-up/exercise clothes

For Sailing participants:

  • Coast Guard approved PFD (personal flotation device)
  • Footwear that fully encloses foot (no flip flops or sandals)
  • Towel & spare clothing (same as regular day camp list above)
  • There is a separate additional registration form and waiver to be completed by parents.

Optional items:

  • Insect repellent (non-aerosol preferred)
  • Camera
  • Life jacket and/or swimming flotation
  • Water shoes

Please do not bring:

  • Anything electrical/electronic (MP3, cell phones, etc)
  • Junk food (especially gum, candy, and soda)
  • Money or other valuables
