Sailing and Ocean Discovery

Dates: July 21- August 1, 2019

Base Camp: Blueberry Cove 4-H Camp, Tenants Harbor

Ages: 14-17

Blueberry Cove’s Sailing and Ocean Discovery program is two weeks of exciting ocean adventures.  Wake up in the mornings to the sounds of the ocean breaking along our rocky Maine coast.  Then spend every day on the water exploring Penobscot Bay and surrounding islands via sailboat, canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddleboard.  The week will include a multi-day overnight trip to our campsite on a remote coastal island and return back for a traditional Maine Lobster bake along the shores of the harbor on Blueberry Coves beaches. Build self-confidence and new friendships during these nature-based adventures.
