Check out immediately following the ceremony (2:30 PM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weeks 1, 4 &amp; 8:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in is from 2:30-3:30 PM on Sunday afternoon on the hill leading up from the main parking lot to the Dining Hall<\/li>\n<li>The closing ceremony is at 2:00 PM on\u00a0<strong>Thursday<\/strong>\u2013 parents are invited! Check out immediately following the ceremony (2:30 PM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tanglewood Two-Week Overnight Camp:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Weeks 3\/4<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Weeks 7\/8<\/strong>\u00a0are 12-day sessions (Sunday through the second Thursday)\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in is from 2:30-3:30 PM on Sunday afternoon on the hill leading up from the main parking lot to the Dining Hall<\/li>\n<li>The closing ceremony is at 2:00 PM on the\u00a0<strong>second Thursday<\/strong>\u2014 parents are invited! Check-out immediately following the ceremony (2:30 PM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>(Our office\/mailing address is 1 Tanglewood Road, Lincolnville. The drop-off location at camp is approximately 2 miles farther down Tanglewood Road \u2013 keep driving until you come to the large parking lot at the end of the road!)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Packing List:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Double the items with an asterisk (*) for 2-week sessions. Cabin storage is limited, so please pack efficiently. Please remember to label all clothing &amp; belongings, you may also want to include a list of the items brought to camp.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warm sleeping bag or sheets and blankets (cabins can get cold at night \u2013 even in summer)<\/li>\n<li>Pillow<\/li>\n<li>2 pairs of long pants*<\/li>\n<li>3 pairs of shorts*<\/li>\n<li>1 long-sleeved shirt (at least)*<\/li>\n<li>5 short-sleeved shirts*<\/li>\n<li>5 pairs of underwear and socks*<\/li>\n<li>1 towel*<\/li>\n<li>Swimsuit<\/li>\n<li>Hat with visor<\/li>\n<li>1 sweater or sweatshirt (fleece recommended)<\/li>\n<li>Waterproof raincoat<\/li>\n<li>Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc)<\/li>\n<li>2 pairs of footwear for walking on trails (sneakers, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Sandals for getting wet (no flip-flops or slides)<\/li>\n<li>Insect repellent<\/li>\n<li>Sunscreen<\/li>\n<li>Daypack<\/li>\n<li>Flashlight\/headlamp with extra batteries<\/li>\n<li>Reusable water bottle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your camper takes any medications, pack enough medication to last the entire camp session. \u00a0<strong>All<\/strong>\u00a0items should be in their original packaging, bottle, or container that identifies the prescribing physician (if a prescription drug), the name of the medication, the dosage, and the frequency of administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optional Items:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Small journal and pencil<\/li>\n<li>Compass<\/li>\n<li>Camera<\/li>\n<li>Hiking boots<\/li>\n<li>Rubber boots or old sneakers<\/li>\n<li>Stationery, stamps, envelopes, pen and\/or pencil<\/li>\n<li>Pajamas<\/li>\n<li>Bag for dirty clothes<\/li>\n<li>A favorite stuffed animal for sleeping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please avoid bringing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anything electrical\/electronic<\/li>\n<li>Money or valuables<\/li>\n<li>Food<\/li>\n<li>Weapons of any kind<\/li>\n<li>Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes<\/li>\n<li>Vehicles (including bicycles)<\/li>\n<li>Sports equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tanglewood One Week Overnight Camp: Weeks 2, 3, 5, 6 &amp; 7 Check-in is from 2:30-3:30 PM on Sunday afternoon on the hill leading up from the main parking lot to the Dining Hall The closing ceremony is at 2:00 PM on\u00a0Friday\u2013 parents are invited!
