DESCRIPTION:It’s Wild! Explore the Maine Blueberry Industry\n\n\n\n\n\nThursday\, April 2\, 2026 3:30 PM\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWith special guest Paul Sweetland of Union\, a lifelong producer of Maine wild blueberries\, we will look into the history\, changing industry\, plants\, and new ways of thinking about land use challenges of Maine Wild Blueberry production. We will also taste and compare wild and highbush blueberries\, along with their different uses. \nWhen: Thursday\, April 2\, 2026 \nTime: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. \nLocation: Belfast Free Library\, 106 High Street\, Belfast\, Maine 04915 \nRegistration must be completed for each program session. Registration for each session will open following the completion of the previous month’s program. \nSnacks will be provided for participants.
