DESCRIPTION:2021 Tractor Safety Training\nApplications due Sunday\, April 4 at midnight. \nThe 2021 Tractor Safety training\, offered by the University of Maine Cooperative Extension\, is designed for adults and youth at least 14 years old\, and required for 14 and 15 year olds who plan to operate farm equipment for hire on farms other than their own family’s farm. \nThe class will be a hybrid of self-paced online learning\, Zoom classes and in-person tractor driving experience which will take place at two locations — Gorham Public Works\, Gorham and Kennebec Valley Community College\, Hinckley. \nApplications are due April 4 and the class begins April 14. The full schedule and more info are available here.
