Join Waldo County 4-H staff in a series of workshops to learn about all of the awesome programs that 4-H has to offer! The Explore 4-H<\/em> series is a chance for Waldo County youth and their families to learn about the many opportunities available through Maine 4-H. Each session will explore a different 4-H project through hands-on learning.<\/p>\n

Explore 4-H Shooting Sports

\n10:00am-12:00pm<\/h4>\n

This Explore 4-H Shooting Sports<\/em> workshop is open to all youth ages 9 and above who would like to join us to learn more about archery and the possibilities available in a 4-H shooting sports project. Participants will be introduced to the basics of archery including marksmanship, safe and responsible use of equipment, the principles of archery, and much more. This workshop will take place at Outdoor Sportsman<\/a> in Northport, ME, and will be taught by certified 4-H archery instructors. All materials for the activity will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Workshop space is limited to 15 participants, so please register early to secure your spot.<\/p>\n
