Duzen Community Service Award, on Tuesday, June 22, beginning at 6 p.m.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Joe Piscadlo of Lubec will receive the Norman W. Duzen Community Service Award for his volunteer efforts with the Lubec Community Outreach Center Food Pantry.&nbsp; This award is presented annually to individuals who have contributed as a volunteer to the lives of Washington County citizens.
