The series will continue on August 25 and September 8.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cPreserving the Maine Harvest\u201d topics include fermenting, freeze drying, and quick and easy preserving techniques. Instructors will provide research-based information and demonstrate recipes in an interactive format.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Registration is required on the <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/food-health\/food-preservation\/hands-on-workshops\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/food-health\/food-preservation\/hands-on-workshops\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1783619937982000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1mplBkgUAIfE1hKb73fN40\">program webpage<\/a> to receive the link and resources; a $5 donation per session is optional.
