Youth are expected to fundraise or seek donations to cover expenses, with the Club Grant making up the difference, up to $100. The event\/activity should be available to all enrolled 4-H members to participate. Age restrictions for participants may be applied when appropriate. Individual clubs\/groups may not apply for more than one grant in a 12 month period. Decisions may take up to four weeks from date of submission.<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Club is based in York County<\/li>\n<li>Club has existed for at least one 4-H year (Oct 1 \u2013 Sept 30)<\/li>\n<li>Club has a minimum of four enrolled 4-H members from at least three different families<\/li>\n<li>Must have an EIN provided by the Extension Office and a bank account maintained by the club leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applications should be submitted to Erin McDonald at email <a href=\"mailto:erin.mcdonald1@maine.edu\">erin.mcdonald1@maine.edu<\/a> or mailed to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>York County Cooperative Extension, 45 Kennebunk Road, Alfred ME 04002<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are several forms that are due annually for all 4-H clubs.
