Please review the guidelines before deciding on a project to submit to the Exhibit Hall. The judges will use the guideline criteria when evaluating entries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exhibit Hall Setup<\/strong>: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All exhibits can be setup in the Acton Fair 4-H Exhibit Hall on <\/span><b>Tuesday August 19th from 1pm to 7pm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Exhibits will be organized according to club membership. All entries must be listed on the Exhibit Sheet provided to your club leader. Independent members will have their own sheet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No premiums will be paid for exhibits removed from the hall before 6pm on Sunday. Premium checks will be mailed to 4-H leaders for distribution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Records:<\/strong> 4-H members ages 9 and up are highly encouraged to complete the goals section of their project records and present it when submitting their entries to the Exhibit Hall. Youth ages 9-18 can use the form found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/4h\/volunteers\/project-records\/required\/\">Maine 4-H Project Records: Required webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>For Club Leaders<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Hall Space Allotment Request <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2025\/06\/Space-allotment.docx.pdf\">PDF<\/a>|<a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2025\/06\/Space-allotment.docx\">Word<\/a><\/strong>: Due August 15th<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exhibit Sheet <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2025\/06\/EXHIBIT-SHEET.pdf\">PDF<\/a>|<a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2025\/06\/EXHIBIT-SHEET.docx\">Word<\/a><\/strong>: All exhibits must be listed on an Exhibit Sheet for each club or independent member. A Google Docs option is also available and can be shared with all families within a club, who can then list their projects individually. Please contact Erin if you would like to use this option.
