Please review the guidelines before deciding on a project to submit to the Exhibit Hall. The judges will use the guideline criteria when evaluating entries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exhibit Hall Setup<\/strong>: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All exhibits can be setup in the Acton Fair 4-H Exhibit Hall on <\/span><b>Tuesday August 25th from 1pm to 7pm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Exhibits will be organized according to club membership. All entries must be listed on the Exhibit Sheet provided to your club leader. Independent members will have their own sheet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No premiums will be paid for exhibits removed from the hall before 6pm on Sunday. Premium checks will be mailed to 4-H leaders for distribution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exhibit Cards:\u00a0<\/b>Every entry to the 4-H Exhibit Hall must be accompanied by an Exhibit Card, which is used by the judges when they are viewing the entries. Entries from youth aged 5-8 should have a Cloverbud Exhibit Card (printed on blue paper). Entries from youth ages 9 and up should have an Exhibit &amp; Judging Card (printed on white paper). Exhibit Cards will be distributed to club leaders, but will also be available when entries are dropped off at the Hall. If you would like to print Exhibit Cards on your own, please contact Erin for the file.<\/p>\n<h4>For Club Leaders<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Hall Space Allotment Request <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2025\/06\/Space-allotment.docx.pdf\">PDF<\/a>|<a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2025\/06\/Space-allotment.docx\">Word<\/a><\/strong>: Due August 15th<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exhibit Sheet <a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2026\/05\/EXHIBIT-SHEET.pdf\">PDF<\/a>|<a href=\"https:\/\/extension.umaine.edu\/york\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2026\/05\/EXHIBIT-SHEET-2.docx\">Word<\/a><\/strong>: All exhibits must be listed on an Exhibit Sheet for each club or independent member.
