1cupnonfat plain yogurt (regular, Greek, or non-dairy)
1teaspooncinnamon
½teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespoonmaple syrup or honey
2tablespoonsnut butter or nut butter substitute (optional)
Instructions
Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that you do not give honey to a baby younger than 12 months.
To reduce the amount of sugar you can decrease the amount of maple syrup or honey.
To make this recipe vegan, use a non-dairy yogurt and maple syrup.
Types of yogurt:
Greek yogurt can be substituted with plain yogurt. The final product may vary in texture, consistency, and flavor depending on the yogurt choice.
While plain yogurt with added sweetener gives you more control over the sugar content, you can use flavored vanilla yogurt if that's what you have. Just keep in mind the added sugar will be higher.
