As a Community Education Assistant (Aquaculture), Tess Hureau designs and prepares instructional material to teach kids about aquaculture. She organizes and leads 4-H aquaculture programs and events where children and teachers learn hands-on about raising fish and plants together in an aquatic environment in the Hancock County community.
