Isabella has an agricultural sciences background, with an area of focus/interest in plant pathology. She has worked on small farms as well as in extension previously in New England, focusing on plant pathology and nematology. She is very interested in the connection of agriculture and community, and all that relates to growing and consuming food, food justice, and agricultural sciences, including agricultural education. Isabella is currently continuing to learn about agricultural practices and growing food, while also learning about teaching methods and educational techniques.
