Leah Trommer directs Tanglewood 4H’s Open Air Classroom which provides freshwater, forest and inter-tidal ecology programs to kindergarten through high school students, in addition to team building and adventure programming. They work primarily with public schools, but also provide programs for private and and home school students. They operate overnight, day and outreach programs in the spring, fall and winter. Our ecology programs are correlated to meet Maine standard as well as the Next Generation Science standards.

Education:

• B.S. in Outdoor Education with a focus in Natural History and a minor in Environmental Education from Northland College in Ashland, WI.
