Whitney assists with the implementation and management for Cooperative Extension’s Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), Salesforce. She is responsible for providing training and ongoing support for the staff and administration, other UM departments who collaborate in the CRM system through Cooperative Extension and also those with whom we interact through programs, partnerships, and other stakeholder interactions.
