Watch the amazing process of bringing plants to life on paper and learn from artists Extension Gardens Trish Worthen and Christina Evans as they create. Their watercolor renditions are every bit as impressive as Nature’s work! Hear a bit of botanical art history, learn about observational skills applied in creations, and see artists’ techniques demonstrated as they’re explained. Tina and Trish will display selected pieces and visit with individuals about their art. UMaine Cooperative Extension’s Master Gardener Volunteers’ ornamental and vegetable gardens will be open for guests to tour and immediately apply some newly learned skills. Join us for this FREE workshop!
