Community Central: Growing #TrueLeaders

Recently, 4-H launched Grow True Leaders, a campaign to empower youth with the opportunity to share their voice and show that their skills are making a difference in their communities.

This week, 4-H Community Central is highlighting one of the members of the Teen Leader team in Lewiston as a #TrueLeader.

This past Monday, the Androscoggin-Sagadahoc Counties Extension Association held their annual meeting which highlighted several programs, including Community Central. Odrine, a junior at Lewiston High School, joined Laura to present about the work that Community Central and the Teen Leader team are doing in Lewiston. She spoke about the team’s recent training trip to the Boston Museum of Science and shared one of her favorite experiments with meeting attendees.
