This is a part of the 2021 4-H Summer Learning Series.
Are you fascinated by the world around you? Ever wondered how things in nature come in all shapes and sizes? Discover how you can become a scientist to find patterns and symmetry that are found in nature. Participants will be provided with their own magnifying glasses, paper tile kits, and a picture book to spark ideas and help get us started in exploring the natural world. This workshop is supported by Maine EPSCoR at the University of Maine. Registration closes July 12 to enable presenters to mail materials to participants’ homes. *This workshop is being offered twice, youth only need to attend one session.
