ZSuite Instructions for Maine 4-H Volunteer Orientation Module

Here are the instructions on how to enroll and complete the Maine 4-H Volunteer Orientation module, one of the requirements in the 4-H volunteer application process. These short modules will provide you with foundational information about the 4-H program.

Step 1: Open your volunteer profile

1. Log in to ZSuite.
2. Select Switch Profile from the navigation menu.
3. Enter your personal identification number, or PIN.
4. Select your volunteer profile.
5. From the navigation menu, select Clover Academy.

Step 2: Enroll in the volunteer orientation

1. Find the course titled Maine-Maine 4-H Volunteer Orientation.
2. Select Enroll.
3. When prompted to confirm your enrollment, select Yes.

Step 3: Begin the course

1. Select Launch to open the course.
2. Select Volunteer Orientation.
3. Select Start Course.

Step 4: Complete the course modules

1. Complete each of the required modules in the Volunteer Orientation course.
2. Follow any on-screen instructions until all required modules are marked complete.
3. Notify the staff you’ve been working with when you’ve completed the course.
