Jessy supports the State 4-H Office maintaining the state 4-H website, and supports statewide events including Maine 4-H Days, 4-H@UMaine, Expanding Your Horizons, national trips, and more. She updates the policy manual, and is available for questions on policy guidelines for staff and volunteers.

Jessy is the statewide administrator of the 4-HOnline database program, and provides troubleshooting as well as training for new staff; the annual ES-237 report is created from this information.

Jessy compiles the monthly State 4-H Core newsletter for counties, and communicates with youth and volunteers throughout the state frequently with important information and updates.
