Kristy provides leadership for the onboarding process and professional development of all Maine 4-H staff with an emphasis on Positive Youth Development. Her work is focused on streamlining initiatives and the overall vision of positive youth development across all aspects of the Maine 4-H program.
Kristy supports the Maine 4-H Youth Council, Maine 4-H Community Central, and the Oh Yea! 4-H grows true leaders programs. She represents UM as a National 4-H Thriving Champion and serves as the institutional liaison for 4-H Afterschool.
