Mary joined the Bryant Pond 4-H Learning Center team in 2015 and gradually made her way up the ranks to the Health Center Coordinator at Greenland Point and Bryant Pond as well as Waterfront Coordinator. Mary currently serves as the Assistant Director of the University of Maine 4-H Camp and Learning Center at Bryant Pond and Greenland Point where she plans and coordinates school and summer programming, hiring staff, and grant writing. She is a graduate of Unity College with a Bachelor of Science in Captive Wildlife Care and Education. Before coming to work full time at Bryant Pond, she worked as a 7th-grade science teacher after receiving her teaching certification in 2017. Mary is an American Red Cross certified waterfront lifeguard and lifeguard instructor as well as a Wilderness First Responder.
