Allison Sheehan

Allison supports the management of Cooperative Extension’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, helping to optimize its use to enhance communication, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. With over seven years of experience in higher education and a background working with multiple CRM platforms, she brings expertise in campaign development, recruitment strategy, and data management. She provides ongoing support to Extension staff and administration, collaborate with University of Maine Corporative Extension departments utilizing the CRM system, and help to strengthen engagement with partners, program participants, and other stakeholders
