Journeyperson Program
Journeyperson program applications are now open and due January 31st. Thank you for helping us spread the word! Below is the language to use in newsletters and to share with beginning farmers that you work with that may be ready to take advantage of this program. Please let me know if you have any questions!
MOFGA is now accepting applications for the Journeyperson program, a 2 year program designed to help Maine farmers and farmworkers overcome barriers in their first few years of a farm business. The program provides holistic support for farmers including support in accessing land, capital, business planning, mentorship, and 1 on 1 technical assistance alongside a network of farmers.
