Oxford County 4-H is planning a day trip to Boston on Sunday, April 27th.
Tentative Travel Times
Departure to Boston: Train #692 at 7:58 A.M. out of Portland
Departure Back to Portland: Train #697 to leave Boston at 5:20 P.M.
Estimated Return to Portland: 7:50 P.M.
There is a 4-H participant co-pay of $25.00 per person, which will include Amtrak travel to and from Boston as well as admission to the Boston Museum of Science and Omni Theater.
We are asking for a firm commitment when you register. Cost per person is significant and changes to our passenger list cannot be made once it has been submitted. If you do not make the trip, 4-H will still be charged for your train ticket and museum entrance. Food and drink are welcome on the train and rental lockers are available at the Museum. You will need spending money If you wish to purchase lunch or do any additional sightseeing.
Please register and make your payment by April 4th.
