April 11, 2016

Secretary’s Report
George moved and Tish seconded to accept March Minutes as read. Passed unanimously.
Budget Report
See attached reports; Supplies Expense included accessory for Trisha’s laptop. Donna reminded us that County Reimbursements and Orono Support Staff bills do not always sync.
Program Reports

Unfinished Business
School Garden–Richard reviewed cost estimates including $124 for gutters, taps $16, and irrigation $127. Trisha has secured two food grade barrels at no cost. Walter will contact Mrs. Kimball to identify next step. George moved and Tish seconded EC was to purchase materials if school agrees to proceed. Passed unanimously.
One Tomato—Richard has 400 plants started. Donna is working on venues for distribution during May and through June 14 and will let us know dates. Georgia moved and George seconded to rent a space for $25 at the Black Fly Festival in Milo. Passed unanimously.
Executive Committee Membership—Tish mentioned several folks from Greenville who may be interested.
On call clerk position—processing is completed. The on call clerk is Diana Bray
New Business-
Informal discussion on Extension’s involvement with the Junior Chamber Youth Day. Sheila will represent. Great day for collaboration with youth.
