Maine 4-H State Dairy Show
Date: July 19-21, 2024
Location: Windsor Fairgrounds Windsor, ME
The Maine 4-H State Dairy Show is open to all Maine 4-H Dairy project members 4-H age 9 and above. In addition to the state 4-H dairy show, the event includes a 4-H dairy fitting contest, grilled cheese contest, and educational workshops. A schedule for the event can be found below. For additional information on the Maine 4-H Dairy State Show and participation in the Maine 4-H Eastern States Dairy Team please refer to the 2024 Maine Dairy Packet.
Participation in the Maine State 4-H Dairy Show is a requirement for 4-H members who will be bringing an animal to ESE with the Maine 4-H Dairy Team.

Registration, either through the online form or the hard copy packet, must be completed prior to July 20, 2024.

Friday, July 19, 2024
4:00 pm- Arrival and check-in begin
Saturday, July 20, 2024
6:00 am-1:00 pm- Arrival and check-in continued
2:00 pm- 4-H Grilled Cheese/Milkshake Contest (Official tryouts for ME 4-H ESE Grilled Cheese/Milkshake Team)
5:00 pm- 4-H Dairy Fitting Contest (Official tryouts for the Maine 4-H Dairy Fitting Team)
7:00 pm- Potluck Dinner
Sunday, July 22, 2024
6:00 am- Fundraising breakfast
8:00 am- All animals must be on the grounds
8:30 am- Check-in closes
9:00 am- State 4-H Dairy Show
Directly following the State 4-H Dairy Show will be a Maine 4-H Dairy ESE team meeting/orientation.
