2019 Eastern States Horse tryouts intent to participate is available at: https://extension.umaine.edu/4h/animal-science-resources/horse/. AGE CHANGE for 2019, youth who are aged 13-18 (as of December 31, 2018) are eligible to try out as a rider/driver or teen leader.
