Thank you for signing up for Fridays on the Farm! 4-H staff will reach out to you shortly to provide additional information and details about your upcoming Fridays on the Farm experience!

All youth are required to submit a completed Maine 4-H Health Form: Word | PDF in order to participate. Forms can be scanned and sent by email to Tara Marble or mailed to:
