ZSuite Instructions for Enrolling in 4-H Volunteer Application Process Module

The 4-H Volunteer Application Process module centralizes all remaining application steps, keeping applicants organized and ensuring all requirements are met.

 

Step 1: Open your volunteer profile

  1. Log in to ZSuite.
  2. Select Switch Profile from the navigation menu.
  3. Enter your personal identification number, or PIN.
  4. Select your volunteer profile.
  5. From the navigation menu, select Clover Academy.

Step 2: Enroll in the volunteer application process module

  1. Find the course titled Maine 4-H Volunteer Application Process.
  2. Select Enroll.
  3. When prompted to confirm your enrollment, select Yes.

Step 3: Begin the module

  1. Select Launch to open the course.
  2. Select Application Process.

Step 4: Complete the course modules

  1. Complete each of the required modules in the Volunteer Application Process course.
  2. Follow any on-screen instructions until all required modules are marked complete.
