Sanford has a community garden where those who lack access to suitable land can grow their own organic vegetables, flowers, and herbs in 4-foot by 12-foot raised beds. There are also some 3-foot by 5-foot Kids Beds for your supervised young gardeners! All tools and gardening materials are supplied. ADA accessible beds under construction for 2025 season.
