Gardening is great exercise, but the physical demands of gardening get harder on the body as time goes by. You can reduce the potential of joint, muscle, or back injuries by making small changes in your gardening routines. In this workshop, we’ll introduce ergonomic tools and techniques to keep your flowers blooming and your vegetables ripening while keeping aches and pains at bay.
