A small but mighty team gathering food to bring to various pantries and the Augusta Food Bank. The farm/gardens are in the Augusta area as are the distribution sites. Looking for volunteers to help harvest, transport and distribute fresh food. The majority of the distribution will be through the Augusta Food Bank which serves the greater capitol region. We will also be coordinating with the Central Maine Gleaners that are based in Waterville. You have to be comfortable in farm fields which can be uneven. The ability to lift at least 20# is also needed
