Volunteers with Knox County Gleaners go in teams to farms to harvest, sort and clean fruits and veggies, transport produce to food pantries, soup kitchens & sharing tables, and help people learn about healthy eating. We collaborate with growers, food pantries, UMaine Extension, the Knox County Food Council, and others working to feed Mainers . You can sign up for regular gleaning, one-time events or a variety of organizational tasks as we grow.
