Why 4-H Project Records?

4-H Project Records are used by 4-H members to demonstrate the goals they have set, what they have learned, and what they have achieved during their 4-H year. The records should provide clear and detailed information so that anyone can understand the project and the outcomes and learnings. These 4-H Project Records allow 4-H members to express their learning in a variety of ways, choosing from the various types of forms to create a personalized record book.

Deciding Which to Use

The coversheet is the only required form, but Club Leaders and/or the Leaders Association can determine additional requirements for clubs, scholarships, trips, or additional awards/recognition from the other categories below.
