Whitespotted Sawyer Beetles
Many people mistake Whitespotted Sawyer Beetles for Asian Longhorned beetles. A key diagnostic trait to differentiate these beetles from the Asian Longhorned beetle is the presence of the distinctive white spot near where the thorax joins the abdomen (the larger, single spot that can be seen on both the male and the female in the photo shown above).
