Some of the links below use “Universal Coordinate Time” (abbreviated as “UCT”, “Z”, or “GMT”).

Subtract four hours to convert UCT time to Eastern Daylight Savings (EDT).  From early November to early March, subtract five hours to convert to UCT to Eastern Standard Time.
