This full day, hands-on maple syrup quality control program led by UMaine Extension’s Maple Industry Educator, Jason Lilley, will be held on Thursday, June 25 at the UMaine Augusta Randall Student Center. Participants will receive a goodie bag with a new temporary color grading kit, hydrometer, thermometer, nips of standard flavor maple syrup, and print materials, along with a full day of maple grading education.
