SustainME is designed to introduce tools and concepts through asynchronous learning in Level 1, apply tools to map opportunities during a live two-day workshop in Level 2, and receive coaching on implementation development in Level 3.

In Level 1, you’ll build a foundation for sustainable innovation in your business learning about sustainability, business modelling, and innovation concepts critical for evaluating current practices and building a sustainable innovation mindset.

In Level 2 workshops you will work side-by-side with program instructors and peer organizations to develop a new sustainable roadmap for your organization, building expanded knowledge of tools and networks.

In Level 3, you’ll work with coaching support to guide development on an implementation strategy for sustainable change in your business or organization, helping you troubleshoot plan development, and creating a pitch for sustainable change within your organization for stakeholders.

Are you ready to build a business that’s designed for the future? Through SustainME, you’ll explore how to drive innovation for greater business resilience and sustainability. By the end of this program you will have:
