Vegetarian and Vegan Cooking Workshop

Looking to learn more about plant-based eating? Join us for a hands-on workshop where we will explore the basics of vegetarian and vegan diets and then dive into preparing and cooking with tofu and tempeh together. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to confidently prepare simple flavorful tofu and tempeh dishes and gain a better understanding of basic plant-based cooking and nutrition practices.
