Portland Housing Garden Days

The Portland Housing Authority offers its Garden Days every year for five of its properties throughout Portland at the end of May and beginning of June. The Horticulture programs at UMaine Cooperative Extension in Cumberland County organizes the purchasing and delivery of vegetables and herb seeds and seedlings for these five sites as well as compost delivery and garden assistance for sites with community gardens.
