The Watermelon Festival is an annual fundraising event for Camp Sunshine, which is also an approved MG project. This festival takes place every year at L.L. Bean in Freeport, where Master Gardener Volunteers staff an information table with garden related activities for attendees (usually geared towards children). Project Coordinator: Kookie McNerney.
