Certify Your Garden

The Pollinator-Friendly Garden Certification is open to all Maine and New Hampshire residents.

Step 1: Learn about pollinator-friendly gardening.

Step 2: Start gardening.

Create a new pollinator-friendly garden or add essential elements of pollinator habitat to an existing garden.

Step 3: Document your garden.

Create a map, see the application for details.

Step 3: Apply for certification.

Applications are reviewed every two months.

Thanks for your interest! We are not currently accepting applications.  We will begin accepting 2026 Applications in the spring. Please check back!

Step 4: Receive your certificate.

After certification, you’ll receive instructions on how to purchase an optional sign.
