The Forest Invasive Plant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and leading the statewide forest invasive plant program, including establishing program strategy, goals and objectives to support the long-term vision. This position provides technical expertise in invasive plant management to DNR foresters, other government agencies, industry, tribes, private organizations, and the general public. The Forest Invasive Plant Coordinator also leads the development and implementation of policies and procedures on invasive plant management, and collaborates with multiple internal and external partners. The position could be based in either Madison or Rhinelander Wisconsin, depending on applicants preference.
