2020 Specific Information for Monmouth Fair
Fair Dates: Postponed until June 2021

Hall Exhibits: Open to all Kennebec, Franklin, Androscoggin, and Sagadahoc County 4-Hers.
All 4-H leaders and 4-Hers planning to exhibit in the Exhibition Hall must complete the Intent to Exhibit Form
- Club Table Exhibit Premiums: See General Rules. Threes $15 prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring clubs.
- Individual Project Premiums: See General Rules. Rules can be found online at the 4-H Rules and Regulations: General Requirements for Fair Exhibits in Kennebec County page.
- 1st Place: $2.50
- 2nd Place: $2.00
- 3rd Place: $1.50
- 5 – 8 Year Olds: $1.75
All exhibits must be set up Tuesday, June 11, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, or Wednesday, June 12, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
All exhibits must be removed Sunday, June 16 between 5:30 PM and 7 PM.
If necessary please call for arrangements to be picked up on Monday afternoon.
Livestock Exhibits: 4-H Horses, All Other Livestock Projects
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Livestock Exhibits and Demonstrations 4-Hers, ages 9 to 18 years old, from Kennebec, Androscoggin, and Sagadahoc Counties enrolled in the above-mentioned projects may display their animals and present 2 demonstrations from Noon to 7:00 PM on any day of the fair. (Open to sheep, cattle, poultry, rabbits, pigs, and goats. This is not open to Working Steer or Horse projects, see demonstration opportunities below). Contact: Pogo, 632.3115 to reserve a day, limited to 2-4 exhibitors each day.

- 1st: $25
- 2nd: $20
- 3rd: $15
Friday, August 3: 4-H Working Steers Show, open to all 4-H members statewide. Contact: Jeff Kemp, 592.9071
Sunday, June 16: Monmouth Fair 4-H Horse Show, open to all 4-H members statewide. Contact: Ceil Robichau at 933.9328.
