- 12:00 Noon — Boxed Lunch (free) and Trade Show

Featured Speaker:
Our featured speaker will be Dr. Pete Erickson, Professor, and Extension Dairy Specialist at the University of New Hampshire.
Dr. Erickson has been conducting research in calf health and nutrition for over 20 years with numerous publications in the Journal of Dairy Science. Professor Erickson’s primary area of research is in dairy cattle nutrition as it pertains to the dairy calf, heifer, and cow health and metabolism. Dr. Erickson teaches numerous courses at UNH, including the New England winter dairy travel course, and supervises Master’s and Ph.D. students in his calf health and nutrition lab. In 2013 he received the Land O’Lakes/Purina Teaching Award in Dairy Production.
